Hello and thanks for checking out my ad - hoping someone can help a brother out here!

After 6 years of ownership, the decision has been made to rehome my rack of Empress $25 primaries and I am now seeking a suitable replacement. Parameters:
  • Paulson chips preferred although others would be considered.
  • $20s are cool but it's more of a novelty thing - so no real preference between $20s and $25s.
  • Casino worn is fine as long as they're not beat to hell. Mint or near mint is fine too however I am unwilling to pay a premium price ($2+) for mint chips.
  • I don't mind receiving chips that need a bath (who doesn't love an excuse to break out the ultrasonic :))
  • TH&C is preferred to match the rest of my mixed cash game set but not a firm requirement.
  • Green chips is not a requirement.
  • Must go well with my Empress $5 and Eldorado $1s that comprise the rest of my cash set.
  • Current front-runners are Cleveland or Cincinatti Horseshoe, Tunica Roadhouse, JACK (all varieties), Garden City Casino (if I could find some) and Native Lights - however no decisions have been made.
Let me know what you have by posting in this thread or via PM! Looking to make a decision by EoD Wednesday.

GV primaries are a dime a dozen if you’re fine with RHC. Yellow edge spots would tie the set together

What about the other version of the Empress $25? Crappy photo, but you can see them lined up!

$135/rack. I've done the filtering to get the darker and lighter versions worked out. May be hard to tell but the picture, but you'll get consistency if you're OCD like me.

Thanks everyone who chimed in with offers and suggestions.

I finally settled on a rack of Native Lights for my $25s. I'll be sure to post pictures when they arrive!

TBH, for me this is somewhat tilting with mixing chip molds (THC & RHC) and chip condition (casino used & mint).. The colors work well, though.

Mixing of molds doesn't bother me... but I agree mint chips are not ideal. The barrel of NLs is also considerably taller than the TH&Cs - they still fit in a rack but much tighter.

I'll hang on to these for the time being until a better option presents itself.
