Welcome! There's a few home games in The Cedar Falls area that each run about monthly (sometimes less). @BottomPair7 @benjaminbreakfast and I. And @Dugthefish over in the Clear Lake area is usually weekly. Not sure how often @Himewad is hosting these days but he's got a good group too.

We have a game most Friday evenings in Burlington. It's a pretty splashy .25/.50 NLHE, with regular double board bomb pots, usually Omaha. We can usually fill a table, but if you want to make the drive, I could probably get you in.

I've got about 1200 cheapo dice chips. I have a cash set of Monte Carlo Smooth from thepokerstore.com that can cover anything from 5c/10c thru 1/2. I've been sampling some ceramics. I like the Penthouse and Empire. From Apache. As another Cash set (I like the Blue $1 that resemble Arias) I also like the Turbo Ceramics from pokerstore. My next sample will probably be Nevada Jack Skulls. I'm looking for a good Ceramic set for T25 Tourneys. Leaning towards the Turbos.

I haven’t hosted in a few months, but I will try to get something together soon. I’ve got some people who travel from the Cedar Rapids area, so Marion isn’t too bad. Heck, I’ve had a good friend regularly travel from West Des Moines to play in my game.
We play for pretty low stakes. Very social game. Usually tournaments, but we've had discussions about playing cash / limit (and I literally just got a limit set today). Send me a PM.

Hello and welcome from Cedar Falls! I host once a month on Thursdays, a friendly .25/.25 game. It makes it a little tough for a second shifter. @Joe Harris is a regular. He blessed us with these beauties (the bottom is my set).
