Wanted Mardi Gras Cash Set (1 Viewer)

Looking for a cash set of these. Primarily looking for ones. Ultimately I want ones, fives and twenty fives.

I won't but the ones from holdem poker chips due to the majority of them having split spots.

I don't disagree with you. I don't want 50% or more of my workhorse chips to have split edge spots.

A dollar a chip and I'd live with the edge spot problem. I wouldn't have a problem paying 1.6 per chip if they were in mint and with maybe 15-25% split spots.

I've been looking at these for a few years. I really like them. Would even sell my PNY's to get a bigger set.

I've reached out to holdem poker chips before and asked if they would hand pick through the ones. He said nope.

I really like that .50 chip. I don't own any sets with .50 chips. Why not.

Again. Primarily looking for ones with minimum split spot errors. The rest I can buy from holdempokerchips. I'll just have to pay a premium in shipping since he over charges.

Old story from CT when I tried to clean them. Apparently the early versions were made with paper labels. You might also like the Riverboat chips which are very similar.

@detroitdad if you decide to order $1 chips from HPC and order extras to sift through to find the chips without split spots I would be willing to buy up to 2 racks of the chips with split spots at $1 each plus shipping to me.

BTW, I don't know if they are all like this, but in my samples, I can pick out the 25c, $1, and $5 with my eyes closed because they are 0.5-1mm less in diameter than the other 9 chips. If you put them in a mixed stack, you can definitely tell.

This was my experience with the Mardi Gras 1s. I had one older rack with no split spots and it was a different size diameter (I think Smaller) than the rack with the split spots.
