i read they were Circulated and valid he adds valid of the year 2016. much better than Circulated and invalid 2015 chips!

i don't know about u but when i get an email with good english speaker fuggin and the dollar sign on the wrong side of the number well i just go "hey that's valid here is my credit card number"
