Hey there,

I just finalized the design for my personal Dealer Button, that I'll use with my Daniel's Saloon Cash and Tournament sets, as well as the future CPC set that is in the making.

I went with Matsui and their 60mm Jeton. Since the design is not branded and the button is pretty generic, I thought maybe someone would like to hop in and order one of them for themselves. Main reason is, that it is pretty expensive for non-casino customers to order from Matsui in a small quantitiy. (Design-fee plus shipping etc.)

I will order them anyways and I will cover the extra fees of course, but I could just up the quantity and offer the buttons here for the price paid by me. Only shipping would need to be paid by the buyer.

Their current production time was stated with 10-12 weeks. As soon as I receive the shipment, I would reship the buttons. Their MOQ is pretty high, so I'll have around 7-9 buttons for sale either way, if more people would want to jump in, I could order more.

One button would be EUR 13,60 plus shipping, payment via PPFF or bank transfer. I'll quote shipping based on your address with DHL, from experience speaking, EU would be pretty cheap, overseas not so much.

Last but not least, the design:

I might be interested in 1. If there is enough interest in the USA, would Matsui ship to 2 addresses? I could act as a re-shipper in the US.

I could check with them if it would be possible to split shipping but I am pretty certain, this will increase the shipping cost and would not be economical. Judging by their shipping rate to me, I'd rather bundle all US buttons and ship them myself to one reshipper and have them distributed by that person. So if there should be lots of interest from US-side, I'd be able to do that and maybe split the shipping cost between all US buyers, that would be way more economical tbh.

I'm having a little trouble picturing what these will look like from just the graphic above. Do you have any photos of similar buttons?

Also, I know @Himewad has a huge DB collection, and I believe there are quite a few others on PCF. James, do you have any similar buttons from Matsui that you might have photos of?

I would buy one, and I'm sure there are others who could do the same. Here are the other Matsui dealer buttons that I have. The Horseshoe, Protege, and Final Table DBs are 60mm. The PCF and Zen DBs are 55mm.

The Final Table DB appears to be very similar to the design in the OP. It's a very nice DB, although the text in the ring is very small. Very legible, just small.

I worked with the OG design file for the Final Table design. I am aware that it's still pretty similar but made sure with Zema, that he is ok with the final result.

I just checked, the cheapest option insured and tracked to the US is 48€. Should all 9 be accounted for, that would add 5,33€ to each, so 18,93€ ~ 20 USD. Reshipping inside US would then come on top. Just to give you an idea and make this as transparent as possible.
Should more than 9 members express interest, I could add buttons to my order for 13,60€ each, the shipping to the US would get cheaper.
I plan on ordering end of November.

This went better than I expected, lol.
I'll leave it open for now, and I'll post a reminder before ordering to confirm everyone is still on board.

Quick update: Matsui sales representative told me that the production time will more likely be 7-8 weeks. So I think about putting my order in by the end of this week to receive the buttons very early next year (possibly still before Christmas, although I doubt it).
This is the first time that I do something like this here, how is the procedure usually handled? Do I pay everything upfront and collect the money from you guys when I have the chips, or do interested chippers send their share via PayPal first? Would be happy for some insights.

Currently there would be 12 buttons going to the US, which would add 4€ to each, making it 17,60€ per button (plus reshipping inside US, but I'd suggest the whole reshipping and payment therefore shall be handeled by @Flopalopagus )

I would like 2 of them.

There are a few ways to do this, typically most people would treat this as a Group Buy and post it in the Group Buy Thread.

They would take orders for a length of time and then collect funds for the order, and submit the order. Then you would touch base when the order came and take shipping fees.

The other way is to buy a product and offer them for sale, this would require you to purchase one of the forum packages upgrading your account to do so.

Thank you for clearing it up for me.

This will be more of a group buy procedure then. I posted it in the Classifieds, because honestly, I didn't think that it would get much traction and I just wanted to offer some buttons that I'd have left over because their MOQ is 10, and I would not need that many. Seeing that quite some people are interested though, I'd make this more of an official group buy thread, is it possible to move the thread accordingly @Tommy ?

I will collect interest until Sunday, Nov. 17, 10pm CET (that should be 4pm EST). I'll keep updating the list in the original post, if anyone should want to drop out, please actively notify me via pm, or in this thread. I'll send out pm's after the deadline, giving you my paypal address, as well as the amount to be paid.

I'd prefer to collect the shipping cost to the US together with the cost of the buttons, I think that makes it easier, than having another wave of very small payments once I ship to the US. We're at 14 buttons to the US, so this will add under 3,50€ to everyone, possibly being reduced further by additional buttons.

I'd keep the window for payments open for 3 days, until Wednesday Nov. 20, 10pm CET (4pm EST), So I can put in the order @ Matsui on Thursday November 21.

Please let me know if there are any concerns regarding this timeline and procedure, as I said this is my first time doing this, so feel free to tell me if there is something missing.
