These are Matsui chips from a closed European casino.
I recently bought a set of 800 of these chips and really like them. This set is going to be a keeper (which is saying something for me
But I don't need 800 chips and the set includes a bunch of $2's that I don't have a use for.
So for the limit players out there that like to play short handed, or for anyone who's always wanted
a nice, inexpensive set of Matsui's :
