Just finished this set I designed around 2005. Inspiration was the Paulson Le Cove's. I live in a city called Grand Island and our school mascots is The Islanders with a double Palm Tree logo. Being in my mid 20's at the time the inlay seemed like an obvious choice. Later the Key West chips came out and I had mixed emotions about that but decided to stay with my simple original idea and stay the course. Since then Dennis and I have privately shared our stories with each other and I can't say enough nice things about that man. Class act. Without further ado....

Nice job! Another fantastic h mold set!!
Yep, back then there wasn't many choices in molds but there's not a thing I would do differently concerning the mold. I had originally planned this on the Roman mold but a nice lady there (Shellie??) talked me out of it by sharing with me that the Roman mold wasn't making very good chips. Not sure how long after that mold was retired as we all know. Love the H-Mold on this set.

Had a bit of whiplash as I just posted in your other thread...then realized two threads: one for cash and one for tourney.

I love you tourney colors and progression. Having T20 and T25 seems redundant, though. If I were you, I'd be tempted to move the T20s over to the cash set. Then you could relabel the cash set $20s into nickels.

I understand and expected to hear that. I prefer the $20 chip in a T5 based set as it runs identical to a T25 based set...and MOAR is better. Starting stacks are identical 20/20/5 or 16/16/6 or 12/12/7 and the coloring up timing is the same as well. Two tournament options in one set. I have never seen anyone else do it as it's unnecessary but i have OCD and like things a certain way...LOL. Thanks for the feedback!
