Seeing that it is x-Mas eve, I thought I'd wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays to all. No matter your customs, those at the Chateau hope you are happy, healthy, and surrounded by loved ones. Our warmest season's greetings to everyone in chip-land.

I hope there are some beautiful cheques under your trees. (And in the event that it's the other kind of check, use them for correct variety!)

Your family does Quiche for the holiday too! Its my sons favorite and I love it too! We just do some nice bacon and some good aged cheddar for one, and a veggie mashup for the other.

Your family does Quiche for the holiday

Its our primary Christmas meal. Usually she makes Ham, Cheddar, and onion along with a spinach and swiss cheese quiche.

We eat around noon. Then just snack the rest of the day.
