I think these are still live, but am not positive...can anyone confirm?

I would say No to Live. These have the big inlay, and currently have to what were they thinking inlays!

AFAIK these baccarat $5s are still live, but that may have changed

I realize this thread is over two years old, so I don't know if anyone cares anymore, but I was just playing Baccarat at MGM last week and they are still using these chips. I brought one home as a souvenir:
