Just an FYI, I was given the name of a company from BSteck that has Milanos for the cheapest I have found new and include racks. It depends on how many you buy bu I bought 400 and they were $0.30 each. Company was Poker Chip Mania.

That was my experience as well. Racks and chips came from different sources but they were shipped right away.
