Hello!

I can't seem to find the list of members that offer milling services here, so I'm just going to post a Want ad here.

Looking to mill just one barrel total of THC casino $1 chips - 10 Casino Aztars and 10 Grand Victoria chips. The challenge is, these chips have a hub inlay and I want these to be circle inlays for my relabel project. I've already heard from two members here that offer milling services but said they can not mill these unfortunately.

Here are the chips (again, I'm only "killing" 10 of each):

I'm guessing they need to be milled to be 7/8" circle (or a hair more).

Anyone here able to help me?

Thanx!

I've had very bad luck trying to mill any chips that still had inlays. If I were going to do what you want (I wouldn't) I would have the inlays removed first. Then mill. You might try @Gear

I tried to remove one and it was a serious pain. But if it's necessary to be able to mill them, then I'll do it... :)

Yeah. You'd wanna send this to gear. Anyone milling the classic way will have a rough time. You will wanna murder them, then have someone with a CNC to make the circle perfect. Then make a custom label.

That's Gear all day. It'll be done right...

Unfortunately, they said no too... :confused

What about removing the inlay then going back with a shaped label. They do that, don't they?
Didn't sound like an option, since they remove labels too. I have no problem removing if someone will mill...

I can follow up with Gear again to make sure...

Gear does make shaped inlays
I don't recommend milling a shaped inlay out to a circle personally but it can be done

If you can't find someone to mill them, I would very much like to buy the Grand Vics from you. Been trying to build a rack!

I’m not sure exactly how your chips fit into your set, but here is a candidate for replacement if you’re looking for a white chip with the same spot pattern with a round inlay which is easily removable.

The spot colors aren’t as bright and they aren’t leaded, but they’re cheap, relatively easy to find, and available in pretty much any condition you might need to match your set.

Thanks for the input. Already got this one in rotation. Looking to add to my 418 rainbow relabel set and these two (hub and all), fit the 418...
