Wanted to hear everyone’s opinion on what they’d consider. Could range from different shapes, sizes, uncommon materials etc
 
I once played poker with risk pieces.
Haha gtfo I did that a month ago. Then we moved to Monopoly money.

Anything "Rat Rod" (mixed casino chips of the same basic colors throw together to make a chip set. I was working on something similar many years ago with Trump AC chips

That picture is about 5 years old now...

I would say those are pretty unique or @Irish Hand made "Taste The Rainbow" set, which was fabulously put together and love the concept!
 
I have this unique playable set from the National Casino in Calgary. I find them unique because of the non-standard colors, and the mix of manufacturers. Paulson 50¢ and $25 chips. C&J $1's and $5's. I only have a dozen 50¢ chips, so I use the dark blue starbursts as quarters. I believe there is another playable set or two out there somewhere, but they don't get much attention.
