Here is my introduction post.

I joined a few minutes ago and have sound this forum fascinating. I can't stop looking at all the great posts, amazing mancaves and chip collections. I am new to poker and certainly to chips. I can consistently break even or am slightly positive on a $1/$1 or $1/$2 cash game in Mohegun Sun, near where I live. I play in two home games, they are fun to be with friends, but I really appreciate the focus required when everyone at the table REALLY wants all your chips, as do I of their chips.

I have a set of 650ish Paulson World Top Hand and Cane NIB I bought from Apache. They have been wonderful to do business with over the internet and phone. I have a case and some accessories from Spinetti's in LV. They are wonderful and are even looking for some more THC in $1, $.50, $.25 for me. Great people.

I have a nice poker table I found in the trash!! I replaced the green felt (yuck) with 1/4" poker foam and red suited speed cloth. I also added 8 brass cup holders and it is the topic of first discussion at the home game.

Anyway, I just thought I'd introduce myself and continue the search for a full set of THC factionals.

LOL! I felt the same way a couple years ago, especially with the price of customs. Now that Paulsons are over the top expensive, I'm definitely getting ready to pull the trigger on customs.
