I've read the shipping tips and tricks thread and have followed much of the advice. This is what I've done (with pics for reference). Is this sufficient?

1) wrap barrels of 50 chips in plastic wrap to make a nice solid barrel
2) wrap each barrel in bubble wrap
3) place two 50 chip barrels (100 chips total) into a SFRB

Note: this is how I ship individual racks with 100% effectiveness (never an issue)

4) repeat steps 1-3 for other 3 racks
5) place the 4 SFRB upright in a MFRB
6) reinforce the sides with additional cardboard
7) stuff any empty space with bubble wrap or brown packing paper (same as Amazon); there isn't much room at this point
8) tape all seams, edges, etc... of MFRB

I find plastic wrap to be completely useless for holding (and keeping) chips together. Use a sheet of printer paper, roll them up tight and tape. Otherwise, everything seems to be good.

It'll be perfect, thanks Chris. Intl is just like domestic but with an extra long time sitting on a plane and some prying twit at Customs opening the package thinking he's uncovering a money laundering scheme, revealing the beauty of the Terrible's then researching on Google & ultimately stumbling upon PCF and getting an education then scratching his head about the value of these items (n). They'll then loosely re-package them and send them onto the local delivery team for a safe arrival.

I've had many inbound chipments from Nevada via USPS using a slightly more loose packing method and never a single broken chip (y)

Your time & efforts are much appreciated, mate!

Okay. The buyer approves! (y)

Never shipped this many chips at once so wanted to be sure I was good to go. Thanks all for the input.
