The ones labeled "PP" are metal-slugged mass-market plastic chips that are known as "Professional Player". They're pretty slippery. I think the design is attractive but of course tastes vary. They're readily available on eBay; there's one listing right now for a set of 100 for $10. You can see more here. Most of the PCF membership would not be very interested in these chips at any price.

The ones labeled "Dixie F.V. Club" are clay chips, made by The Burt Company or possibly Atlantic Standard Molding using the MD-72 flowers mold, as Tommy pointed out. These are older vintage chips; they're less interesting than many of the chips PCF members like to collect because they're fairly plain (solid color without edge spots) and they're hotstamped rather than inlaid. The flowers mold is attractive and not seen very often. Someone here would probably be interested in these, and $30 for 100 is a decent price; they probably wouldn't sell for much more than that, though. Having just 100 of these would make it harder to build a playable set, which would cut down on the interest in them.
