Well as you could assume, I am a new user to this forum. I was directed here from some YouTubers talking about different types of chips, I currently own 300 Walmart chips that cost me 20 bucks. To me, they seemed to be good quality but after hearing some reviews I can tell I was far from the truth. So now I'm hoping to get myself accustomed here so hopefully in the future I may be able to purchase some chips worth playing with from people I could trust. Also, I can't seem to figure out how to reply to threads... Besides that, I'm looking forward to meeting people here and most likely adopt a Poker Chip hobby.

Welcome. Friendly bunch here, and helpful too. If you give the forum a budget and a purpose, you'll get the best advice here for sure.

Welcome! Glad to have you. Good Luck, and I would like to formally apologize to you and your wallet for the beating your wallet will receive here throughout your experience. ;):D

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm off to the classified section to continue assaulting my wallet in search of new poker chips.

I can already sense the fear emanating from my bank account after snooping around some and falling in love with the ones I’ve seen on this Forum.

Welcome!!! Great place for exactly that!!! Good people great chips!!! Enjoy!!

His budget before PCF was $20. Why ask a budget question now... ? whatever number he has floating around in his head ($100 , $200, etc) will absolutely not be the amount he spends on chips. Lol.

Also to the OP, fall in love with the awesome sets you see here, get samples before buying, and understand that your knowledge AND tastes WILL change. So dont rush into things (unless you have unlimited money for trial and error)
