Hello, all. I'm Michael. Currently living on Leicestershire, UK, for the passed three years. Born and raised on Long Island, NY, USA.

Why living in England? I've been married for three years, to a English lady ever since. Unfortunately, we're currently separated, so I will be moving back to America, this Summer. Very likely, moving to South Florida, where the poker world is vast, and the weather is grand, all year-round.

Why PCF? Since I'm moving back to America soon, I'm doing research on ceramic and custom poker chips sets, ordering various sample sets, for when I go back to The States, to order a full cash game set. I've recently ordered a Nevada Jack Skull sample set, which would a considered a small gift to myself, to start my journey collecting and getting ideas for a full set.

I look forward to gain knowledge and share my ideas with everyone here, in the near future! (y) :thumbsup:

Lots of resources here and pics of many great custom ceramic sets. I've owned a set of NJ Skulls and really liked how they felt. Get samples is the mantra around here so you're one step ahead.

I would also add that there are some members in Florida that host. Look around the site, maybe you'll be able to make a friend and get invited to some home games.

Before you go and buy new chips, see if there are sets for sale here in the classifieds. You might find some deals from chippers who are selling off ceramics to make the jump to custom CPC or Paulsons....maybe you just bite the bullet and go after some casino Paulson's for your self. That depends on your bankroll of course.

There's so much to choose from. Custom poker chips may come in the near future.
I have my eyes set on the Nevada Jacks Skull set, when I return to The States. In the meantime, I've ordered a sample set to make sure this is what I want. To be fair this seems like a very nice entry level set, for someone getting into the market.
