I found my way here looking to by a decent set of chips for a 10-12 person tournament. I started thinking $100 or so would get me what I wanted.

The more I read, the more I want to spend.

About 15 years ago, I played in a regular home game with All-In brand chips and loved them. They were soft, sticky, and quiet.

What would be the equivalent of All-in available to purchase today?

Agreed. If you have 12 for a tournament, would most play 6 and 6 until 2 people are out?

Maybe 6 and 6 until 2 people out per table, then combine for 8 and the 4 out can start a cash game.

We just brought a bird cage with 600 of my beloved All-Ins to our son near Chicago at college. He’s spreading a game at the dorm.

They are great. I’ll @ you a member who has a nifty set for sale cheap. I still might pounce but I’ll reply with his @

@dinosaur is right, I often want to send people money when they buy chips I was looking at as a thank you, saves me.
