Hello everybody!
I recently went on a web journey to find myself a nice new set of pokerchips :) I found a picture on google of these georgeous rounder style pokerchips and somehow ended up on this forum! I am happy to realize that im not the only one in love with all kinds of colorfull plastic chips! I dont really know how this forum works and if it is possible to find a full chipset but time will tell i guess. Also i was thinking to design my own pokerchip set and hope that i find some advice here!

Best wishes from switzerland!

Oh so many replies and i didnt even asked a question :) So i have a question now, what is the best way to get your hands on a nice chip set? Looks to me like you need to be either very fast or you need to win some kind of lottery is that true?

Once you gain access to the classified forum, you will be able to look at items that other members have for sale or for trade. Until you have that access, you should spend a little time deciding what you are interested in as far as material, manufacturer, style, and other things like that. You can browse through posts in the chip pr0n section and look at what interests you. I think the thing you will hear the most before you buy chips is that you should get samples. Buying a small number of different kinds of chips will be the only way you will learn what you truly like the best. Don't even worry about buying a full set until you get some samples from different places and have a chance to play around with them.

Good luck and enjoy!

Step one is get samples of the set you think you might want (or at least samples from the same manufacturer).

Hello and welcome!

And plastic chips and plaques are a minority of the things you'll find being discussed here. Compression clays, ceramics, and hybrids seem to take up most of the discussion here!
