Hello everyone!

Been away from poker and poker chips for several years.

I used to be on Chiptalk every day - looks like most have migrated here. I see a lot or familiar names.

My mind was blown when I saw HQ's custom Paulsons! Absolute insanity! The holy grail for chip needs. Sounds like there are other sets but it seems like a very hush hush topic with reference to old threads that have been deleted. Quite unfortunate, I'd love to see way more pictures and the amazing back story.

My mind is also blown by the insane markup that home Paulson sets are now sold for. I recall struggling to sell my Paulson Pharoahs for less than 70c each back in the day. And back then, I remember the regret on not ordering a TR King set when I had the opportunity. Now I regret all of the sets I sold (PNY with the 50c group buy chip I organized; BCC desert palms, BCC hotstamp, Aztars, etc).

Many of the other sites/retailers are gone too (homepokertourney, holdempokerchips, caragails, etc).

I joined this site a few years ago to take a peek - I think I've picked up the poker bug again and will be sticking around.

I'll have to take some pics of my setup (MGK BCC customs, bigslik table with shuffle tech, etc.)

After perusing this forum a bit longer... Mind is being blown...

ASM is gone... But is now CPC... and TRK molds are now available! The wild edgespot combos now available! Unreal options now. How can anyone decide now?

Welcome! Good to see more and more CT members come back to the hobby.

Club Kaneda’s are an OG set from back in the day. I remember those! Gorgeous set and welcome back.

My biggest regret right there...I had lined up permission to use the MGK mold, decided to bit the bullet on BCC’s 5000 chip minimum, and had sorted out my colors and spot patterns. All I had left to do was design my inlay, and bam...BCC sold out to Paulson and shuttered for good. Dreams crushed.

Welcome! Sounds like you had some nice chip sets!!!! Sorry to hear you parted with them. Will be on the look out for pictures of your current sets! Hope you enjoy the community!

Welcome back! I remember from the CT you were the member closest to me (I was unvmyset on CT), I'm about 7 hours north of Edmonton.
