Sitting Out
Hi everyone, glad to join the group. My interest started as as a kid with Saturday night family poker games at our cottage. Back then it was all draw and stud games so now I'm learning Texas Holdem. We had some solid, old-school clay chips with bicycle design on blues and whites and a triangle on the reds. Great solid feel and distinctive sound hitting the table. Everything else I used since seemed second rate, so here I am! I started with a vintage set of Lindberg-esque plane logo clay chips. Then I played with some Paulson's at a home game and found what I had been missing. Loved the "Private Card Room" logo and the feel of the chips, so I will probably start there. Look forward to sharing perspectives! --Homer
