That's very misleading.

To add to Mr. Cheese's post. zero feedback from a seller is a minor risk. eBay is so buyer skewed that if you were to win this auction and the seller were to flake out, eBay would refund you the money... however this listing seems like it is baiting to sell the entire set outside of eBay... in that case, the buyer is at tremendous risk. The seller has no eBay feedback and does not appear to be part of the chipper community. Proceed with caution.

You should worry about a zero rating if you make a deal outside of eBay - just like the auction is begging you to do.

I'd be at yellow alert already, just from the zero rating, weird auction method and poor images of the chips.
