Hey I'm Carson I'm a current college student in florida (go gators!) and am pretty new to poker, but not new in a sense where I can't identify different hands and things like that. I'm looking to get involved in this community, I've fallen in love with chips and cards and tables all together and just want to learn more about the game itself.

Welcome Carson. College poker nights were always fun, until that one friend of a friend shows up that thinks they are the "expert" and then they prove all night that they don't know what they are talking about.

Hello and welcome. I would play in as many games as you can. Read books and watch YouTube videos. Upswing poker and red chip will get you started online with some good reading. And get something better than dice chips. Tina's or some chipcos would be my start.
