Hello everyone. I've been snooping through the forums and learning a thing or 2. Thought I'd post something and say hi.

Built my table below, starting collecting some chips, then hosted a few small poker nights.

Welcome to PCF. Lots of great folks here. Nice intro post. Pics of a table and chips. You're off to a good start here!!

Welcome! great set up by the way. I have no doubt you will be buying more chips in the future by being here!

Thanks! Table I did myself so I figured it'd be good to show off. I got a bunch of Dunes Commemorative chips to start. Mostly big denoms for tourney but just picked up a rack of quarters. I wish I would have done that first, we only play microcash around here.

Great looking table. Love that wide rail man. Want to do this on my next build. Well done and welcome

Welcome. Thanks for sharing. Table looks great...nicely done.

Welcome to PCF, nice table and nice to see you Don't have dice chips on it. ...

May your wallet be empty and your CHIP racks be full.

Thanks! It might be deceiving cause its a 6ft table not 8ft. I made it a 6inch rail but I had doubled the board so its twice as tall. Since its a smaller table I wish I would have put the cup holders in the rail. Or need to build half a dozen drink carts, I have 1.

Yes, the dice chips are busy collecting dust.

Are you suggesting proper bankroll management is to put it all on the table? Go big or go home haha

Slide under cup holders are option. As for 6" rail I think this a great option.

That's what I currently have. I just worry it will get crowded if everyone has a drink and stacks. We'll find out next weekend, cash game night.

No, what I mean is, the chip addiction is soon to fallow (now that you are on PCF), but its a fun ride and you may find in a year or so you might be creating a custom set... Maybe..

All yall tablers are making me want a build a table myself. Hm, maybe in the fall.

Welcome to PCF, the most magical place in the world!

So I silently said to myself I’d never pay as much for chips as these guys do.

Now 2 years later all I want are Paulsons. I don’t own anything impressive yet but I understand the addiction now!

Bwahaha. I said the same about 10 years ago. But if you buy used and buy smart, they keep their value even after you use them, so the hobby is "free" in that sense.

By the way, if you ever find one of these in decent condition, I'll buy it from you.

These chips are not live at the casino, as far as I know, but since you are local, you might know somebody who has one.
