Because of the number of options that will be offered we have to set a minimum order requirement of:

• 25 chips or 50 labels per denomination/per design.

You can order the standard themed labeled chips as listed below.

Or you can choose to swap labels and chip colors. All the 1 inch labels are interchangeable with all the chips.

You can also order custom labels. This is best done via the labelless chip options. You can choose to apply the labels yourself and save 4 cents per chip or have us apply them.

First Class - $6 or less - based on weight under 2 lbs.
USPS Priority Small Flat Rate– $8.95 - for orders up to 150 chips
Fedex One Rate - $12.95 - for orders up to 700 chips
USPS Priority Medium Flat Rate - $14.95 - for orders up to 700 chips
Fedex Large Flat Rate - $22.25 - for 700 to 1000 Chips
2 x USPS Priority Medium Flat Rate - $29.90 - for 700 to 1400 chips

First Class is the most affordable obviously but does not include any insurance options.

Priority USPS now conveniently includes up to $200 insurance. You are responsible for insurance above that and also your country's taxes and carrier brokerage fees. We have no control over brokerage costs.

1. If you are not able to choose a carrier of your choice at checkout send us an email (oldwestps@gmail.com)
2. It is up to you to ask for additional insurance or ask for an upgrade.
3. All orders receive a tracking number.
4. International tracking stops at the last U.S. waypoint. Usually there is no way to track international USPS packages.
5. International packages usually take 7-10 days to arrive but can take longer if your country's customs or postal service holds the package. After 10-14 days contact your local postal/customs office and inquire about the package.
6. Replacement of lost or damaged packages/products will be handled on a case by case basis and will depend on whether or not your package was insured.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Weight restrictions on International USPS Small Flat Rate Box shipping is 4 lbs (or 1.8 kg).

Even though you can order additional items aside from 150 poker chips and stay under 4 pounds does not mean that we'll be able to fit the items in the box. In fact I'll have to contact you and set up a different shipping option.

Do you mean you want the lineart chip with the line art label but you want it with a $1 denomination?

For that you would navigate to the Line Art chip that you want then choose the drop down to choose custom label. Then send an email with your request specifying the order number and/or your real name.

I am updating the shipping options as I write this.

If you plan on ordering 700 chips you'll have to use a Large FedEx box.

I'll be adding that. If you order more than 1000 chips you'll have to choose another special box which I will add. It will be called Special Large Order Box or something to that effect.

It will actually be multiple boxes.

Please give me time if you plan on placing large orders to update those shipping options.

As soon as I get all the listings set up I will be designing and adding some dealer buttons. So if you want those you're better off waiting until like mid-week or we can add them to orders later.

I wanted to get all the listings up first. It was a lot of work that I'm still working on actually.

Okay, I've added it so it will work with both 39mm and 43mm but it might allow you to use it for more than 1400 of the 39mm chips but please don't use it for over 1400 chips.

I'm pretty sure all the large order shipping options are working well for the US and Canada - plenty of options.

I will be working on dealer buttons to add to the group buy so keep an eye on the interest/design thread for design feedback.

Looking for some advice on a mix of these chip designs for a 5c/25c/1/5/25 micro cash set.

I'm thinking of using the 818 quarter moon design (500k chip) for my .05s (very similar to the BJ style quarter moon as designed .05 chip, but I like the orange quarter on the 818 design), and mixing in the 818 white with blue/black edge spots (100k chip) for the $1s.

Otherwise going with the "stock" BJ designs for the 25c, $5, and $25. I'm mostly worried about the $1 chip sticking out a bit, but I like the colors and edge spots more than the BJ $1 design.

If you're talking about doing custom chips (not labels) then they would have to be done outside of the group buy. You would order custom hybrids and ask me to design them for you in an email...

FWIW I put 500 in the poll but I'm thinking I'll make an order for 600.

Edit: also, I'll probably wait for the dealer buttons to be available before I put in my order, assuming they will be there before the GB order period closes

I put 50 43mm in the poll and will probably order more. Maybe a lot more. I got 43mm regular samples, 39mm regular samples, and 39mm hybrid samples in the mail yesterday. I like how the 39mm hybrids shuffle, and I'll take @BGinGA's word on it that these 43mm special hybrids in this group buy are much better chips.

Right right, sorry I know how to correctly make the order I think (as you explained). I'm more asking from a design/edge spot progression perspective. I don't want the $1s to stick out like a sore thumb if I go with the alternative 818 design but I do prefer the colors for that specific chip.
