Was just rewatching Casino Royale (2006) for the millionth time and noticed just how many smaller poker games foreshadow the big game.
Not all of these games have their chips shown up close but the Ocean Club game, where Bond wins the Aston, does. The denoms around the edge remind me of some Matusi design, but folks say the originals were made by B&G:

According to the link below the chips were never officially replicated and were only sold at the 50 Years of Bond auction:

So, now for the fun stuff: have these ever been replicated by a PCF member, perhaps as a Chinese ceramic? I’m sure a faux hot stamp would do an adequate job but to my eyes, the movie chips look like they had a textured inlay (are textured inlays a thing or am I imagining this?). Noticed a thread created by @allforcharity a couple years ago but as far as I can tell, Ocean Club chips were not produced.

If nobody has done it before, I think this might be a bang-up no mold ceramic set (even if that means going the faux hot stamp route). Naturally I’d gravitate toward high denoms to stay faithful to the movie, and just use it as a tourney set. Maybe it’ll even get some support from the community!
I’ve never done customs before so I’m open to recommendations for a community member who would create the artwork for a set with 5 denoms:
$100 and $500 replicated straight from the film with little to no changes
$1k, $5k and probably a $25k - new designs staying faithful to the existing pattern
