I've come across a few racks of what I believe are BCC solids manufactured in the early 2000's around the same time as their Nevada Jack's line. They were made for a now defunct poker website and bear the website's inlay. The chips are brand new and still a bit chalky.

I got these from a sale as the company was liquidating the remains of their office.

I'm mostly looking for trade(s) and will entertain any offer you may have if you're interested. Not adverse to a sale either but my main goal is to expand my collection in any direction although my focus is playable chips.

So if you have any interest please send me a PM. And if you have any further info or corrections you can add on these or their history don't hesitate to post it here. Thanks for having a look and be well this weekend!

I am pretty sure these are asm made chips. Brass flakes are probably present. Nice chips actually, I have a bunch of blanks in the same colors.

Nice find!

I do believe they went for a bit of overkill in the "bestjackpots.com" department, though.

Shipping out a rack but still have 2 racks of each for trade or sale. Sunday bumps in the trunk

I also think they're ASM. I have a large set that started out as blanks. I have white, red, green, black. I never got a full story on them, but believe they were some sort of arranged custom order. When I came across my set, I had to arrange a group buy to buy all the blanks. I think it was over 5000 of them.

I later found some funky Nevada molds that were different consistency (the 'dove tail' $5 pictured).

Mine have a very nice feel, nicer than any ASM's I have handled. Nice score on these.

Round inlays, too. :cautious:
Hmm yeah, seems like the evidence is piling up. But I could have sworn the seller said they were BCC, maybe I misunderstood "CPC?" I dunno. Ain't seein how I can edit the thread title though, maybe I'll make a new one after this thread blows away.

The ones I own: I believe they are around 20 years old which would place the mold at ASM before it was sold/transferred to BCC and used by Nevada Jacks. I don't believe BCC ever sold brass weighted chips. Again, referring to mine, not yours.

The one thing that could point to them being BCC though: If they were made for on online casino, that could place them in a time frame where the mold was at BCC. If you can find the dates the website operated, that could help.

You could also contact JimB. I don't think he's on this site, but he's on that 'other' site.

The seller said they were customs purchased as gifts for an office Christmas party, hence the color choices. I also got some greens but am using them in a set.

edited: The seller was unsure where they were made but said "it was about 5 years ago."

But now that I've handled both BCC and ASM, they feel like ASM's. Would ASM Nevada have had the height issues that I've heard about during that time? [edit: Turns out the company was in Missouri, not Nevada, so they could have came from Maine?] Because the thickness on these is very consistent. They are quite beautifully made if only it wasn't for the inlay design. Despite some flaws, the logo really isn't too horrible, but it could have looked better if it was slightly bigger... anyway...

Been very happy to be able to use them. Although it would be nice to trade some of the extras!

5 years ago sounds unlikely. I don't know of anyone using the mold after Nevada Jacks starting using it for his custom/retail chips.

Don't know if it really matters. They're nice chips if ASM or BCC made them. Plus the Nevada mold makes them fairly rare. IMO they are ASM because of the brass flecks and the colors that look the same as the ones I have. I would think only JimB, or one of the Endy's from BCC could be the only ones that could confirm the origin. Or if one of the original boxes are available and is marked with a chip company's logo.

You're the one that snagged all these! I was mid negotiating a combine shipping/purchase without some of the chip carousels when all 8 auctions got nabbed :(
