I am looking for 4-5 great to excellent condition Orleans Buy in chips. I recently bought a set of 200 and realized that 4 of the chips are warped. I am looking for 4-5 chips as replacements or I would consider buying a barrel if needed. My set will not be complete with 196 chips.

If anyone has any to spare, please let me know.

Just straighten them.

There are at least a couple of threads covering this process. You should read all you can and then give it a try. The original thread on this is here

Good luck

Flattening chips works surprisingly well. Just be sure to keep your temps between 125F and 135F while clamping them for about 30 minutes. Using light bulbs inside of the oven works best for me. I also use a hair dryer by blowing hot air through the top vent beneath the back burner on my oven. Works great.

For 4-5 chips I wouldn't even use heat... Just clamp them between two flat surfaces and set them aside for about a week. After that they will be flat and will remain flat. The heat is really just to expedite the process when you want to do a few hundred, or more, and only adds more risk to the process.

Great to know. Thanks.

Just clamp them between two flat surfaces and set them in your hot car for about 30 minutes.
That's all you will need. Let them totally cool inside in the AC before removing the clamps. Use ceramic chips as spacers between each chip and between chip and clamp.

It sounds like I don't extra chips anymore. Thanks for all of the help...I'll give this flattening procedure a try.

Thanks all!
