@gopherblue might be able to confirm, but I'm not sure these actually exist in what you'd probably class as excellent to near mint? More like good to very good, at best?
Annoyingly, you're about nine months too late to actually being able to have found a good amount of these in London. My jaw dropped when I unearthed them on the off chance!

Definitely wont find them in near mint condition. Some are better than others, but whether they are "excellent" condition is in the eye of the beholder. Mine are mostly like this:
