Edit: I don't need a rack anymore, found some locally. If it helps get them to the US I'd take some leftovers if the buyer doesn't need them all.

I expected those silver city dimes to be gray. The butterscotch threw me. I recall seeing some milled and re-hotstamped chips some time back. These remind me of those... do you know the origin of these dimes?
