What does your set look like? What color Frac are you looking for?

Good question and answer - blue and pink are some of the more common colors, but they aren't right for your set. Yellow sounds like a good bet for you. Grey would work too.
No common color but there are colors that go better with the chips you are using. Here is an idea of what I use to help you narrow your search. I use the different colors and recently added the Sams Town $1's to my game rotation. Take a look at this and let us know what direction you are looking at going.
Yes I like the brown sometimes as well. Also take into account what color your table felt is. If it is dark definitely go with the yellows since the brown is harder to see.
Edit: I will tell you that finding a rack of 25¢ Paulson's will be a challenge and an expensive endeavor. Sad to tell you but none of mine are currently for sale. I do have a couple of extra barrel of mixed yellow chips that I use for trading. Would you consider a racks of THC mold roulette chips? This would be easier and much less expensive since it looks like you are putting together a mixed set.

Yes some of the Vegas fracs will go for more than $200 per rack depending on rarity, condition of hot stamps and overall condition. I can vouch for this from experience.
I bought 32 yellow THC fracs from Spinetti's (for a heads up set) not too long ago and I had to pay full price - $3 apiece. If I'd bought a full rack (if he had a full rack,) I might have gotten a better price, but probably not much better.
This also depends on which frac it was. There are some that are a bit cheaper and some much more per chip which depends on the quantity Mikko has on hand.
You might consider going with a Starburst for the 25¢. Lots of colors and reasonable (well, usually) prices.

I have a rack of used yellow roulettes I am trying to find what I paid for them so I can let him have them at my cost. Only problem is I cannot find the pm when I purchased them. I lost some pm's prior to 2017.

You may consider a rack of these quarters? Not THC or technically a Paulson, but if nothing else, a really nice chip to hold you over.
