This eBay seller appears to have 10-11 samples available. Pricing is... ambitious ($9.99 each, buy-it-now, plus $3 shipping, so effectively $12 per chip).

I was thinking of reaching out to him/her to see what their price might be if one bought all of their offerings. But I’m holding out hope for finding a nearly-complete set, rather than trying to put one together one chip at a time.
