Looking for these chips from FireKeepers casino in Battle Creek Michigan. It’s about an hour from my house but I do t know the first think about harvesting. Would love to get some singles or a barrel of crisp chips.

Just go start harvesting. If anyone asks say “I thought it would be cool to use pink chips for my brothers bachelor party this weekend”. Stress you just want to use them one time and cash them back in “because that’s a lot of money to spend on poker chips!!!!” Say you may even move the party to the casino when it gets late and use the chips then when everybody’s really drunk and gambly.

How do you think I could maximize getting these into my stack? blackjack? or you saying buy them from the cage?

If this casino offers poker then buying racks of $1s or $5s shouldn't be an issue at the cage. However since these are snappers, they're somewhat of an anomaly to be sold straight from the cage and you may encounter some resistance. (They most likely won't be available at the poker room cage either.)

Rather than trying to gamble your hard-earned money in hopes of hitting "21s" I simply would just sporadically cruise by blackjack tables to see if I could buy them from the dealers as 'tips or tokes' for drink service/dealers.
I would try to offer a green $25 chip for 10 snappers, OR maybe offer $10 for four if buying 10 snappers is a hard NO, and I'd toss a couple bucks to the dealer for his/her time. This might require multiple trips (and different dealer shifts) if dealers are hesitant to sell snappers form their rack as they could possibly be reprimanded by their pit boss for needing to refill their tray.

In the long run though this is probably more cost effective than trying to win them off the blackjack tables by gambling. GL with your harvest & keep us posted if you complete your rack.
