The issue is that the seller has restricted shipping to the US only. As a result, it will not appear on country-specific eBay sites...only eBay.com. This is not an eBay issue...it's a seller issue. If you really want them, make a re-shipping arrangement with someone you trust in the US.

Just curious. What would these be worth? Are these a dollar a chip kind of paulson's?

I've seen these go for as cheap as 60c each (used) for some colors, but that was before Paulson/GPI shut the doors to the home market. I wouldn't pay $1 each, however -- too many other good options in that price range, and the gaudy advertisement PAULSON CHIPS mold sucks imo.
