$2.75 for Noirs in excellent condition and no takers? I knew the market for Paulson fantasy sets has tumbled in the last year, but this would have been a snap buy in the past. Awesome value for anyone looking to start a cool set!

Just for curiousity, what is behind the drop in fantasy set prices?
I haven't been chipping long, but more seasoned folks would probably say it's cyclical. Classics were being snagged at $2.50+, WTHC for close to $4, Noirs $4+. I joined at an expensive time. Now, most of the Paulson fantasy sets are going for less than $2, with the exception of Noirs and WTHC.
Another observation I have is that there has been a rise in people scouring online classifieds for bargain basement deals. This has unearthed a lot of fantasy sets, thus decreasing the demand and lowering the price.
