What is the going rate on these?

A couple racks of new $1s sold for $140 on eBay in Oct.

I figure the $5s and $25 are about $1.25 each, $100's not sure.

i think that was an unusual auction. it was buy it now, was it not? and i think it sold within minutes?

i think going rates are (meaning this is what i have been paying):

$1 - $2-$3/chip (hard to find w/o buying a set)
$2.5 - $3-$5/chip
$5 - $1-$1.50/chip
$20 - $6-$9/chip (hard to find)
$25pri - $1-$1.50/chip
$25sec - $0.75-$1.25/chip
$100pri - $2.5-$3/chip
$100sec - $1.75-$2.25/chip
$500pri - $6-$8/chip
$500sec - $6-$8/chip
$1000pri - $20-$35/chip (still looking for these)
$1000sec - $20-$30/chip (still looking for these)

i usually buy full sample sets at ~$100/set to add to the $1000s.

the linked auction seems a little high priced based on what is in the set IMHO.

Thanks for the info!

^^all of this - x2^^

Prices vary depending on whether you're buying/selling and how fast you need to sell/buy, but those ranges are all what I've seen as well. That one eBay sale lasted all of 5 minutes and was a steal!

Looks like someone snagged them at the last minute at the starting price - anyone here get them to strip out the $1s? :)
