I have inherited this chipset and was wondering on what this set might be worth? I appreciate anyone with any experience and knowledge! 350 chips in total

Value depends on condition and color. Search for “starburst” using the search function and you will find plenty of prior sales data.

How many of each color?

I think the value is closer to the lower end of the previous estimate than the higher end. There are "common" colours and there are "rare" colours. It's very hard to tell exact shade from just photos, but the white/red/green (and black) are more common.

Not sure what colour green that is, but if it's day green or sherbet green, they're more likely to be worth $3+/chip in my experience (assuming near mint condition). Less if it's plain old green.
