Paulson World Top Hat & Cane 2,663 chips w/caddies, trays, and carrying cases. Local buyers preferred. $12,000 or best offer.
Cash, Zelle or some combination of the two. Not interested in trades. Otherwise, any reasonable offers entertained.
I’m in Emeryville, CA (East Bay of the SF Bay Area). I prefer a local buyer who can pick them up in person. Priority to buyers who can make it an easy, hassle-free transaction. Please don’t ask me to break up the set.
EDIT: Added photo with my username, see at bottom. I tried to add some high-resolution photos but it looks like the forum software is automatically down-sizing them. If you're a serious buyer, contact me for some high-resolution photos.
2,663 chips:
400 x $1
401 x $5
921 x $25
300 x $100
270 x $500
271 x $1,000
100 x $5,000
Two 10-tray chip caddies
24 chip trays (8 Paulson, 10 Chipco, 6 Made in China)
Three carrying cases
I put this set together from a few different sources about 8-10 years ago. Some of them were bought new when WTHC were still in stock. Others were bought from sellers here on the forum. I cleaned the whole set with mineral oil back when I first bought them, so they’re not chalky, and not mint.
I’ve tabled the full set about five times for tournaments. I’d describe the condition overall as very lightly used, except I’ve used the $25 and $100 chips for a limit game about 20 times over the years, so those have a little more wear. A handful of the $100’s have a small amount of residue that would easily come off with some mineral oil.
