To whomever is retrieving these chips, just inspect them closely to ensure they aren't an alibaba hackjob. If they are real, they are probably stolen. He'd know if he spent $1500+ on them.

Yes, but I can't remember who. They took down the thread just in case the thief showed up here to sell them.
But I think he recovered some of them. Sorry, my short term memory is about one day......

I contacted him, he indicated that a buyer from yesterday had gone silent and that he would let me know if that deal fell through. I assume it didn't fall through.

So it goes, chips do look legit. Story doesn't add up though.

Yeah, those look like real WTHCs, shaped inlays and all, something definitely doesn't add up...
