I think you are kinda new..so will help you a bit.

He is asking $650 or best offer and no, international shipping is never included (CONUS = Contiguous United States).
Don't forget that Swiss customs can add fees or VAT when receiving a package from US.

These are real paulsons - leaded clay with shaped, textured inlays. I have no idea how anybody can handle these chips and not fall in love. Condition is a legitimate concern for some folks, I guess. But that's why these are a buck a chip and not $4 per chip.
