Hello All,

I'm a newbie here. I have been playing poker since I was 6 years old (draw poker) and Texas Hold Em for about 10 - 15 years now. I finally have enough people to begin hosting my own game, and I'm turning into a poker chip fanatic. Found this site through Apache Poker Chips.

Welcome! If any when you decide to upgrade get tons of sample chips to handle/shuffle/stack etc. worth it when you’re paying stupid money for clay discs

I already have 4 sample sets now. Elite's, Tiki Kings, Nevada Jacks, and Pharaoh's CC. Really want to get a feel for the chips before I invest money into a set. Made that mistake already and ended up on the cheaper end of things.

I'm definitely trying to see what I like.

Guessing you may be near Nola based off your avatar? Playing 1/3 and other table games will give a good feel of paulsons vs the ceramics and China clays. Heck, you could grab a handful to bring home for a side by side comparison!
