Up for sale is an official casino weight 11.5g Sluggo set. This was two separate 500 piece sets that Hellmuth was slinging ~15 yrs ago and a couple chips got lost over the years. We used the $25s as $0.25 and used this as a low stacks cash set. Easily a multi table T5 breakdown in here as well.

Would be great to leave at the lake house, cash and tourney options and better than dice chips. These are a little bit slippery and used but still in good shape. A couple chips are cracked.

The high demons have Phil Hellmuth on them, but weird breakdowns and not the best color choices. See pics for dirty stack example. Let me know if there are any questions!

$75 shipped in the USA for 993 chips. PPFF please.

Hellmuth is the man don't care what anyone says he is a huge part of why poker is as big as it is today that's just a fact

There's no doubt he's good at poker (you don't get 17 bracelets just being a luck box, seems super unlikely) and that the whole 'poker brat' persona has brought some people in to poker, if for no other reason than to watch his rants/the train wreck. And from what I've read/heard he's actually a pretty stand up guy.

But he's also kind of a massive dork and easy to hate. Kind of like Guy Fieri. Turns out he's a great dude, does a lot of charity work, helps folks, etc... but I still wanna punch his stupid face every time I see him with the sunglasses hanging off the back of his head. Phil falls into the same sort of bucket for me. Can't hate him as a person, still want to punch his stupid face. metaphorically, not actually condoning violence.

I hear that but if not for people like Him and Dnegs back in the day Mike the Mouth etc... poker would be so boring to watch

take a guy like Ivey for example he is so good that its amazing to just watch him but other than his greatest at the game of any card game really other than that he is just as boring as the other robots if Ivey wasn't so good he wouldn't be the draw he is

give me the people that atleast make the game fun to watch like a good ol Tony G LOL I guess I just love the people who talk trash

anyway sory to derail the thread GLWS

these are nice for the price cant go wrong surprised they are still here

I know him very well personally, friend of mine in fact. What you see is the real deal. He’s hyper competitive. Hates to lose. A true character. Great for the game. Doesn’t get the respect he deserves from fellow pros. Chips are hysterical.
Been my fav player since I started playing in 2002 imagine if he learned GTO n hit the books he would be even more dominating not many better tourney players ever thats for sure

Since you are in that circle can you shed any light on if the pros ever get nice chips (besides yourself) for their home games? And if not why not (is it a knowledge issue - they don’t know they are available?)

I assume most of them prob dont play enough in their own home games to even care prob also what you said they prob dont know much about them I know if I was one of them I would have a collection of chips like WW lol

If pros play high(ish) stakes at their own home, it's probably a good idea to not use chips that can be bought here. Especially if the people invited are just "acquaintances."
This is probably why WW has extremely difficult to obtain chips.

If I were a career pro who lives near their "work," I would bring live casino chips to my home games. That way, chip security is handled by the casino who issued them. And would be a convenience to guests who could also bring their own buy-ins directly in chips and not have to wait to cash out, if they prefer to keep their chips.

Tell him I got stuck with a small lot of these faces chips a long, long time ago. He should start buying them up from all of us and create some sort of supply quotient and make them have value.

Obviously I don’t know him but I’ve never seriously disliked him. These chips are going nowhere on a site like this. They might have value with some noob thru FB or CL. I display one of each denom in my room just because he’s Phil.

Bump, $90 shipped for all, $70 shipped and I get to keep the Phil chips

Any interest in splitting off sample sets? I'd be interested in a sample of just the Hellmuth faces.

IF the whole set doesn't get scooped in a few days I'll probably sell the Hellmuth chips in sample sets. Anyone know the best way to ship 4 chips, roughly 50 grams?
