Playing Again after 3 children (1 Viewer)

Some guys in my neighborhood started a home game about 4 months ago. We are looking to buy some decent chips for our game, and I came across this website. I have learned a lot lurking. I played a regular home game in 2004 and 2005, and I played at the casinos on the Mississippi Gulf Coast prior to my first child in 2011. It has been awhile since I have played a regular game.

Greetings. Welcome to forum. I used to play on Gulf Coast a lot, but don't travel as much to play anymore. Love my home game.
I must state that I sort of disagree with a couple of the other posters you have a bigger bankroll if you sell all three kids..

I am pretty new here too; buy samples of several types of chips. I was surprised at some the look and feel at some of the chips I got, so I'm glad I had some different ones to compare.

It got lost in the shuffle after 2011. The kids were the biggest part of that shuffle and a playing partner moved out west in 2014. I realized how much I missed it the last couple of months since I have been playing again.

Same for me. Played a lot in 2004-2009, then stopped. No reason really -- I hadn't had kids yet. I'm playing again now, and pretty excited about it.
