So a poker friend of mine just got back from this trip:

He said the cash games were nuts but the main event was worth the trip alone.

Anyone else go on it? Seems like a fun trip that I’ll have to wait to go on until my kids are out of high school sports.

Yea saw that after I posted. Just wondering if anyone went this year. Apparently it’s their first one. Heard the cash game rake wa la ridiculous. Buddy said he heard 30% but a cap. Still high but the cash games were wild

I was there. Cash games were good but I only got a few hours in (too much time at the craps table). Rake was 10%, capped at $15, which is bad...but much better than the typical NCL rake (which is capped at $25!). I had a blast, went deep in two tournaments, but no cashes. I did win the super satellite. I'm booked for next year, and have an extra package for sale if anyone's interested.
