With the current changing landscape I thought now would be a great time to add my services to the community. So far I've milled about 600+ chips both RHC and THC so have gotten quite comfortable with my set up and results. I've posted some examples below for your review. My milling business model follows similarly to others in the past so see below for milling capabilities and pricing.

MILLING INFO

PROMOTION *For the month of April 2025, all 1st time orders will only be charged $0.35/chip. After your 1st order or once May begins, prices will revert to $0.50/chip*

Currently only milling Paulson chips at this time until I can gather a little more experience with other chips. (Working on a batch of inlayed chips to see how well they come out but I've seen historically the inconsistencies they have after milling. Will hope to eventually offer that service at risk. )

Return shipping costs will be required, I can provide real time quotes after milling for expedite or standard shipping (plus insurance if necessary)

I will not be held responsible for lost packages by the postal service so please insure if you're worried about the big bad postman

I will not be held responsible for any chips damaged during my milling process. If any damage does occur I will promptly reach out to discuss continuation of service and assess any damage. I know how much we love and care for our chips so I promise to do everything I can to mitigate these types of issues. Also make sure that you're sending me chips that you indeed want milled and nothing more.

Any unpaid orders 45 days after completion will be sold to help recoup costs.

My estimated timeline right now for project completions will be set at 2 weeks. It realistically should only take me 1 week but until I get a better sense of the volume I will have it set at about a 2 week turnaround timing.

Feel free to PM me any questions or order inquiries!

Nice! Been looking for someone in the US to do RHC milling.

What method did you use to get the RHC milled? I noticed a few inconsistencies. Guessing you did two cuts?

Good eye! Those were actually my first ones I did with RHC and the drill bit I had used in the beginning was sub par. I had issues on the first chips few before changing my new bit to the Magnate drill bits which are much more well renowned.

These were Paris 1 Hotstamps so the milling was quite easy and the same process as THC just with a slightly larger bit size. It was my personal rack that I'm turning into Horseshoe Cincy Fracs! But below is an example from another person on PCF of how the RHC milled look with custom labels.

Gotcha! Good to know, and sorry to point it out. You did a great job and some were just perfect. i.e top right or middle left.

Really excited for you to offer these services. I’ve been looking to do the same with the RHC Paris but didn’t want to spend $4-5/chip for them. Looks like I will be expanding my harvest search next month when I go to Vegas.
