POLL: Value Chip for Limit Set (1 Viewer)

Over time, I’ve acquired the following 4 value chips in quantity to be used in my limit set that includes 800 x PCA Secondary $1’s.

Options are always good, but I’m very curious to see how these rank 1-4 according to the community.

Options:

1) Le Cove $20 - one of my favorite chips ever and it is a $20 denom to boot

2) Aztar MO $25 - I love this chip paired with the $1; the green base doesn’t get better or brighter

3) Terrible’s $25 - I stumbled on this by accident not realizing that both had a gold spot (!!), the green spot on the $1 seems to be the base color of the $25 (!), and both are RHC; match made in heaven?

4) PCA $25 - do I need to say anything more

Which is your favorite?

Terrible's $25, hands down. No need to unnecessarily mix molds and the colors are perfect.

Just personal opinion but a $20 makes for a better value chip for $1's than a $25 if your doing a mixed set because 1 stack = 1 big chip.

But full disclosure, in my PCA limit set I use the PCA $25 because it's not a mixed set.

I'd have to go with PCA, Aztar, Lê Cove, then Terrible’s. I think the Terrible's $25 is ugly as hell (y) :thumbsup:

I'm partial to a $20 value chip with a $1 workhorse. This isn't a direct answer to your question, but in case you're interested in seeing yet another pairing with PCA secondary $1s, I think that the 43mm Dunes Baccarat chips work very well.

Excellent choice... the only reason I’ve stayed away from Dunes in the past is because of the house mold. I meant to add a 5th option to poll for new suggestions but forgot.

Personally, I love the color of the Le Cove (and the fact that it is a $20)… Although it definitely doesn't sit well with the muted colors of the PCA $1.
I don't really care for the PCA $25 or the Aztar either, so I guess that leaves the Terrible! Terrible's is a great match aesthetically… However, I think the inlay is, well… Terrible. :/
I'm in a similar situation trying to decide which $20, or $25, to add to a mixed set… I don't know what it is, but I just don't really like most $25s that I've seen.
