Possible dumb question about Tina chip designs (2 Viewers)

Did I read somewhere that if you use a custom design with Tina chips then anyone else can also use it? Is that right? Does it automatically go to the list of pre-designs?

Or am I misremembering this?

I feel like I read this somewhere in the forum, but now I can't find it.

It is my understanding that Tina only steals good designs - if you design some shitty chips, you might be safe.

Are those available for order or just example pictures? Pretty wild if it's just available for order like that, though not necessarily surprising.

Ha. That's nuts. I guess anything goes as far as ordering from them directly. Makes me wonder if the low price is worth it.

Could my design also be taken and used as ready for order pre-made design on PCF like the ones here:
