Not Mine Possible eBay fraud (1 Viewer)

So @duffman tipped me off to this listing...it appears this guy is using my picture to sell his Binion’s chips.

I reported it to eBay as fraudulent. The guy sent me a message telling me to stop harassing him, lol.

He has over 200 positive feedback, a member since 2011. I doubt it's fraud. It would have to be a hacked account, seems unlikely.

He probably did a search for the chips he's selling and liked your picture.

Just doesn’t make sense to me. If you’ve got 10 of them to sell why not just use your own pic’s.

Highly doubt it's fraudulent. Some people just aren't good at taking pics so they use pics they can find with a Google search. He probably just likes your photo.

I just don’t want anyone buying or paying for something they might not get? But I guess eBay’s buyer protection will handle that. I just hate swindlers.

Understandable. But it's a real challenge for one person to fix the whole world. I was the same way for many decades, until one day my long-time boss, a very astute woman, gave me this after I'd sent a real snotgram to the head of our federal agency. It still occupies a place of honor in our home...
