So I want to host some mix games but people I know aren’t fond of low limit fixed limit games. Thinking I need to make a pot limit mix. Some game ideas I have for a rotation are:

Big O
Omaha 8/b
Badugi
Baduecy
Badaci
2-7 TD
A-5 TD

Would like to know if people have had success with stud games being played as pot limit?
2 down 1 up / 2 up / 1 up / 1 down

Any ideas appreciated.

No to stud.

If you want action, add Scarney and drawmaha variants.

Four street stud sounds fun to me.

We don't do pot limit stud often. When we do, it works. Combine two streets and you will be fine.

PL and NL stud is not a thing, though they probably have it online these days.

If you're playing a .25¢/.50¢ blinds big bet games like NLHE or PLO, then your fixed limit games like stud, and 2-7 triple draw, should have $2/$4 betting limits, or possibly $3/$6. With these levels you will be building pots in 5 round betting games like stud that are commiserate with your big bet games.

It is more common to see pot and no-limit variations of Badugi and other draw games, but we always prefer fixed limit, especially 2-7 triple draw. When you play fixed limit you are more in line with tournaments at the WSOP and also with mix games in casinos - though as everyone knows, if a producer or producers show up and want to play no-limit Razz or something equally ridiculous, it will happen.
