Following... with some interest. I might be in the market for a replacement laptop, new or used. (I honestly have no idea of what these specs even mean or what costs are these days. My company gave me a new work laptop 3 years ago, but I think my last home PC purchase was over 10 years ago, lol.)

Take a look and see what's out there. Note that this is called the "base model" but they also sell an "advanced model". Each type can be built and shipped with upgrades. This one is with an upgraded graphics card (for early 2020) and 512GB NVMe as opposed to a 256 SSD.
